Living in the Preserve
The Preserve at Smith Creek has a diverse and active community among it's neighbors. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in community events or just relax in the quiet of your home. Many use the opportunity to walk the miles of road throughout our neighborhood for exercise, meet up with neighbors or just walk their pets and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
There is a large clubhouse available to residents to enjoy community planned social events and can also be reserved for private parties.
We have regular HOA- sponsored events put on for holiday celebrations and numerous social clubs/ and other events hosted by residents.
There is a large grassy common area which includes a swing and playset area, where the young ones can play with siblings, friends and family.
We will also host occasional outdoor social events, games, and live music for all to enjoy.
Competition-size swimming pool with graduated beach entry for the little ones, open sunning area, and covered activity area.
